La Luna

Date: 25th Sep 2017 @ 1:23pm

This week we watched La Luna. Watch the video below with your child and see if they can tell you all about it. Try adding interesting words to develop their language skills.

This inspired some of our activities.

We found some stars but they were very dull and ordinary. The children in nursery used some shiny collage materials to make the stars shiny and sparkly.

The next day we found some stars all over the playground. We used brushes and soapy water to brush the stars away, just like the family in the story. Using brushes like this is really good for developing our upper arm muscles to make sure they are strong for writing.
