Tasty Tuck Award

Carr Mill have been awarded the Public Health Tasty Tuck Award which was presented to Leah Papworth and Reece Bailey (on behalf of the school) at a celebration in St Helens Town Hall. The award scheme is about encouraging the positive health of children and young people by promoting healthier snacks and drinks during the school day which year five have been working on.

They attended a celebration in St Helens Town Hall on Thursday 19th March where they both made a fantastic speech in front of an audience including the the Major and Councillor. Mrs Partington also made an excellent speech about how Carr Mill encourages a healthy lifestyle. All were a real credit to the school.
