Maple week 2 - Spring 2
Date: 7th Mar 2025 @ 12:03pm
This week has been very busy in Maple class: we have been to the Moss Bank Library; we have enjoyed coming in to school in our costumes for World Book Day; had two Parents' Evenings and last but not least completed lots of superb learning.
We have been learning about the plight of the tiger and how this majestic creature is at risk of extinction. We've been writing about what we can do to try and save this endangered feline.
In Maths we have continued our learning around Ratios and Fractions - a tricky topic but we are showing good resilience with it. Next week we will be moving onto statistics - as always extra information and revision can be found on the BBC website.
Monday is our much anticipated trip to York - we can't wait to go and learn about the Vikings! Children need to be at school for 7:15am for a prompt 7:30am departure. I'm sure we are going to have the best day
Have a lovely weekend everyone
